Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI)Chapter: Nickname: Founded: Founded Locally: Philanthropy: Flower: Colors: Famous Members: Headquarters "A fraternity is an association of men, selected in their college days by a democratic
process, because of their adherence to common ideals and aspirations. Out of their
association arises a personal relation which makes them unselfishly seek to advance
one another in the arts of life and to add, to the formal instruction of the college
curriculum, the culture and character which men acquire by contact with great
personalities, or when admitted to partnership in great traditions."
We as brothers of Phi Gamma Delta (also known as FIJI) pride ourselves on exemplifying the five values that our fraternity treasures.
The men of Phi Gamma Delta are built on character. These men strive to exemplify the five values that we hold so dear to our hearts. Brothers of Phi Gamma Delta welcome all those who are up to the challenge to better themselves as men and as human beings. This fraternity places academics first on the list. Without knowledge, life is empty. We also pride ourselves on a great brotherhood. A brotherhood that creates lifelong friendships and unbreakable bonds. If you hold your standards high and feel that friendship is the sweetest influence, then Phi Gamma Delta is the place for you! Phi Gamma Delta became UE's newest chapter on April 15, 2000. As the youngest chapter on campus, Fiji allows young men the opportunity to become leaders while creating history within the Evansville Greek community. |
