Local Website

Delta Omega Zeta is the only local social sorority at the University of Evansville.  As a local sorority, DOZ is not affiliated with any national group.  The only chapter of this sorority is located at UE.

Delta Omega Zeta was originally founded as a women's philanthropic organization, known as the Muses, in the Spring of 2001.  Over the next several years, the group's membership continued to grow and the group flourished on campus.  In the Spring of 2005, the University decided to allow the group to become a local sorority.  The official founding date for Delta Omega Zeta was celebrated on August 27, 2005.

Delta Omega Zeta participates in most of the Greek community activities and is also active within the UE campus community.  Every year DOZ hosts "The Price is Right" a campus-wide game show to raise money for their philanthropy, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Because Delta Omega Zeta is not affiliated with the National Panhellenic Conference, they do not participate in Fall Formal Recruitment for sororities.  For more information on Delta Omega Zeta, please visit our website
